Case Study - Social Media Go- To- Market Strategy

Building a Full Digital Presence for Lollie’s Flower Shop from the Ground Up

Lollie’s Flower Shop is a local florist specializing in flowers and delivery for special occasions- weddings, prom, funerals, homecomings, and everyday moments. Their tagline: “Brighten Your Day with Lollie’s Bouquet.” We were brought in to build a complete social media and digital marketing strategy that would establish their online presence, attract the right customers, and differentiate them in a competitive floral market.

We started by defining their target audience- customers aged 17-64, spanning prom shoppers, wedding couples, and older adults purchasing for loved ones, with research showing 79% of flower buyers are female. We built out full audience personas, identified the highest- value platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest), developed SEO keyword clusters around terms like “flower delivery”, “florist near me”, and “wedding flowers”, and created multi-format banner ad mockups across 5 standard ad sizes. We also identified 12 floral and lifestyle productions for earned media placement.

Launching Brewster House: A 5- Campaign Social Strategy for a Startup Craft Brewery

Brewster House is a startup craft brewery founded by ETSU graduate Henry Brewster in downtown Johnson City, TN, located next to Spark Plaze in a beautifully renovated manufacturing plant with high ceilings, rustic decor, and ample private parking. As a brand-new brewery entering a market with established competitors, including Yee-Haw Brewing, JC Brewing Co., and JRH Brewing, Brewster House needed a go-to marketing strategy that would build awareness, drive first- time customer trials, and create lasting community engagement.

We developed 5 interconnected social media campaigns: a monthly Brewery Tour Series showcasing NE Tennessee brewing history; a Craft Beer Education Open House for enthusiasts and new drinkers; a Customer Co-Creation Brew Series letting customers influence limited - edition beers via TikTok voting; Brewmaster Collaborations with Asheville craft brewers; and a UGC Incentive Program rewarding customer photos and reviews on Facebook and Instagram. Each campaign included full content creation guides and platform-specific posting strategies, and step-by-step campaign journey maps from Awareness through Advocacy.
